Linglong, 13th January, Zhao Yuan— Shandong Linglong Tyre Co., Ltd. (Linglong) launched its new brand HUBTRAC in December 2020, and more than 140 SKUs will be released on the USA market in stages.
HUBTRAC products will be produced in Linglong’s global production bases, including its Thailand and Serbia plants. In order to promote a high-quality industrial model and increase core brand competitiveness in the international market, Linglong has revamped its strategy to build six manufacturing bases in China and six overseas. At present, the company has in total four Chinese manufacturing facilities in Zhaoyuan, Shandong Province, Dezhou, Shandong Province, Liuzhou, Guangdong Province, Jingmen Hubei Province with the overseas one based in Thailand. The facilities in Changchun and Serbia are currently under construction.
Linglong Tire has adopted diversified brand strategies for different markets to achieve optimal allocation of global production resources. HUBTRAC is a new brand born at the right timing, primarily involving TBR and special tyre series that can better meet user needs of improved design with better durability, whether their concerns are around safety, longevity or overall performance on different terrain. For commercial vehicles, it covers six series: long-haul, regional, on- and off-road, mining, winter and urban, consisting of over 140 SKUs.
Compared with current Linglong products, HUBTRAC boasts a new labeling method and new sidewall design. “Several new-generation products are undergoing the design process and will be released on the market soon. We are confident they will attract more interests as the new tire designs can achieve better performance using advanced technology,” said Mr. Ma, Chief R&D Designer of HUBTRAC.
