In general, you can visit our website without revealing any personal information about yourself. We do not collect personal information about you (such as your name and contact details) when you visit this website, unless you voluntarily submit information using one of the available forms for a specific purpose (contact form, registration form, shopping form, subscription to the newsletter) and thereby give your consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the stated purposes. All personal data are used exclusively for the purposes for which they were collected and for which consent was given. Providing Information to Google Inc.

Facebook pixel / conversion tracking
With your permission, our website uses Facebook’s conversion tracking pixel. In this way, we can track your movement when you click on a Facebook ad and monitor the effectiveness of Facebook ads for the purposes of statistics and market research. The data we collect is completely anonymous. However, the collected data is stored and processed by Facebook (in accordance with their data usage policy, which you can find at the following link: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). Accounting
We share information with our accountants for tax purposes. For example, we share the invoices we issue and receive with our accountants for the purpose of completing tax returns and year-end accounts.

Types of personal data that are processed

Personal data collected based on the contact form are: first and last name and e-mail, and additionally if specified: address, city and postal code, telephone number, company.
Personal data collected based on your subscription to the newsletter are: e-mail address.
Personal data collected based on the registration form and purchase form: country, first and last name, company name, e-mail, address, apartment floor, etc., city and postal code, phone number.

When paying on our web store, use CorvusPay – an advanced system for securely accepting payment cards online. CorvusPay ensures the complete secrecy of your card data from the moment you enter it in the CorvusPay payment form. Payment data is transmitted encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes into contact with complete information about your payment card. When paying with cards included in the 3-D Secure program, in addition to the validity of the card itself, your bank also confirms your identity using a token or password. Corvus Info considers all collected information as bank secret and treats it accordingly. The information is used exclusively for the purposes for which it is intended. Your sensitive data is completely safe, and its privacy is guaranteed by the most modern protection mechanisms. Only data necessary for the performance of work are collected in accordance with the prescribed demanding procedures for online payment. The security controls and operational procedures applied to our infrastructure ensure the immediate reliability of the CorvusPay system. In addition, by maintaining strict access control, regular security monitoring and in-depth checks to prevent network vulnerabilities, and planned implementation of provisions on information security, they permanently maintain and improve the level of system security by protecting your card data.

In the event that you notice that we are processing incorrect or incomplete data about you, or you want to change it, you have the right to request the correction of the same or the addition of incomplete personal data. In order to ensure that we always process only accurate personal data about you, it is necessary that you notify us of any changes to them without delay.

Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)

Deletion of personal data can be requested, for example, if you have withdrawn your consent to the processing of your individual data, when your personal data is processed illegally or when your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or processed in any way. However, please note that we will not be able to delete your data if it is necessary to fulfill legal obligations, contractual obligations and other legal bases from the General Data Protection Regulation.

The right to restriction of processing

You have the right to obtain a restriction of the processing of your personal data, which can be requested, for example, if you have filed an objection to data processing, you have doubts about the accuracy of the personal data being processed or the legality of their processing, but you do not want this data to be deleted, or you still need it in order to fulfill legal requirements.

The right to data portability

If the processing is based on your consent or is carried out for the purpose of executing a contract concluded with you, and at the same time is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your personal data that we have received from you. If you request, we will transfer your personal data directly to another controller, if the same is technically feasible.

The right to object

At any time, considering your particular situation, you are authorized to file an objection to the processing of personal data relating to you, which is why we will limit the processing thereof. Also, we will delete the said data and stop processing it, unless we prove that there are justified and justified legal grounds for the processing. In addition, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. After submitting a complaint, your personal data will stop being processed for the stated purpose.

The right to complain to a supervisory authority

If you believe that the processing of your personal data is in violation of the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to submit a complaint to the competent supervisory authority.
